If ready to ship items are purchased with made to order then the entire order is subject to the longest turnaround time and will all ship together.

Items in the US are sent via USPS First Class mail. I can only guarantee when I ship, I cannot guarantee delivery dates as those are completely up to the post office. We . branching out to FEDEX as we have seen delays with USPS
Shipping costs also include: packaging supplies, time spent packaging, and gas/mileage to/from the post office.
